We offer 2 different types of slip resistance coatings; one exclusively for bathtubs and another for all other surfaces.

Comes in one standard texture to mimic the original texture applied by bathtub manufacturers and should not feel offensive when touching or resting on the surface. This application for fiberglass, porcelain and steel tubs can be performed as a stand alone application or in conjunction with a refinish. It is performed prior to the topcoat application and therefore becomes an integral part of the final refinish.

Multiple levels of protection and coarseness are available based on both the surface to be covered and the level of slip protection required. Nearly any surface including concrete, glass, granite, marble, metal, plastic, vinyl, slate, tile and wood can be treated. Samples of what a concrete surface treated with light, medium and heavy aggregate and the variance between the final slip resistance can be found in the photo to the right.

With our slip resistant coating you no longer need ugly non-skid strips or rubber mats; we protect the surface and are able to maintain the original beauty of the material. If you are more interested though in emphasizing your safety features with bold colors; we have several colors to choose from. All our anti-slip coatings also contain additives which provide UV protection and prevent the growth of mold and mildew.

Unlike strips or mats, our slip resistant coatings do not attract dirt and depending on the formula used may be cleaned by simply mopping with a mild detergent or soap and water. It is extremely durable and can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments. There is also a minimal down time; floors can be walked on within 4-6 hours, though a full cure requires between 24-48 hours.
