The owner, Nick Roos, has been in the tub repair and bathtub refinish industry since 2004. Nick grew up around the tub refinishing industry, however, with his father being one of the most experienced workers in the field. His father started in 1982 for Surface Specialists and owned his own Surface Specialists franchise in Minnesota for nearly 30 years before retiring. Nick learned to refinish and repair bathtubs from him and honed his tub repair skills for 8 years in Minnesota. With Nick's knowledge and experience, he decided to start his own bathtub refinishing company in Denver. After establishing this location, he then expanded his reach when he added a second location servicing Northern Colorado and then this third location servicing Colorado Springs.
